Jason came out at the appointed hour and saw we had a bigger problem than I thought. He jumped on the phone and got us the help we needed. On Friday night and Saturday morning we didn’t have hot water after the restoration team did their work. I called Pink Plumbing and the technician walked me through turning the water heater back on! The entire team are terrific!!!!
It's truly amazing to find a company who has the type of customer service this company has. The care, communication and service is superior. Our plumber Brandon is unbelievable. Made him self available for concerns and questions. I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company.
Called because we had no hot water from our gas heater. I expected to have to replace it. Lou and his assistant diagnosed the problem, explained several aspects of the equipment, repaired the vent to stop the carbon monoxide from leaking. Courteous; patient, and efficient. Not even a service call charge. I will be calling them for future projects.
