“Great customer service! I was working on a DIY plumbing project today and realized the very hard to find bathroom faucet cartridge, I had purchased from another business was defective. And the business I purchased it from had closed for the day. I called Tru Value Hardware, they didn't have the cartridge I needed but recommended Scottsdale Plumbing.

I then called Scottsdale Plumbing, approximately five minutes before they closed to ask if they had the cartridge i needed, in stock!
