I must say customer service was a must due to I as the Customer did not have what was needed for the electrician to do his job after I called for service He politely forwarded me the bracket I needed I ordered the part and would like to have my services done by the electrician that came out. He even attempted to sugest a more economical approach for his services.
Penguin air & Plumbing company has done wonderful work in my A/C's non cooling system. Now me and family are in great coolibg air for their hard work. Especially I appreciate Zeb Spencer's high tech work. Thank you again your showing on time.
Jason Whipple did some plumbing work at our house this morning. We have been having big issues in our bathroom and he took care of it promptly, professionally and so politely! He power flushed my sewer drains and installed the new toilet in our bathroom. My only regret is that we didn’t call Penguin plumbing sooner. It would have saved us a lot of stress! Thank you Jason Whipple; well done!
