Just had an amazing technician come do a repair on my whole house water filtration tank on a Friday evening. Andrew Mitchem was very professional, friendly and explained everything needed to fix the leak. He texted on his way and was on time and finished the repair quickly. Penguin….give Andrew a raise!
Penguin came out same day I called, removed old leaking water heater and installed a new tankless system. They worked diligently until 10 pm to ensure it's get a hot shower in before I went to bed that night. They were knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. I really can recommend them.
