Moved to Tucson and heard from our real estate agent that the best & the only people to have work on your HVAC system is Air Tropics. I asked "how do you know that?" There response, "after selling and managing properties in Tucson for 30 years, they have had experience in dealing with every AC/heating company. Friendly, professional, and efficient.... As well as prompt. Overall great experience with our technician from making the appointment until the replay was done. Really dependable service I would definitely recommend.

I totally trust Air Tropics because of Scott, who has been the Manager there for many years. Whenever I've had a crisis and needed his help, he has been there for me, even when I was out of town, I could trust him to enter my house. He treats me and I believe all his clients as if we are his own family. He is knowledgeable, honest and caring. What more could one want? Thank you, Scott!
