I can’t thank Jason and Air Tropics enough for their outstanding customer service. Our A/C went out yesterday, and I too hastily called a local business that does “emergency” services to come and look at the unit. The technician showed up under the influence, gave us two wrong diagnoses with a changing story, and quoted us $2k to fix the problem. We had a really bad feeling, so we paid them the diagnostic fee and parted ways. The next day, a Saturday, I called Jason, because his wonderful company had installed our Trane system about 4 years ago. They came out,looked at my breakers inside the home,and outside the home, took the box outside apart and checked for a short, no problem.They were very profesionable. I will ALWAYS call Air Tropic Control.
