I called Fairway and they quickly sent Derrick out to see to our issue of non-working AC units. Derrick was an absolute lifesaver! Both our upstairs and downstairs AC units stopped working out of nowhere, leaving the house incredibly warm. Derrick arrived quickly and diagnosed the issue immediately. It turned out both of our thermostats had stopped working. He expertly got them both running again in no time and our systems were cooling the house perfectly within minutes. I highly recommend Fairway and Derrick for any HVAC issues; Derrick in particular is incredibly fast, professional, and knowledgeable! The price was very reasonable too!

Fairway is a great company. I had my old HVAC system fail on a day it was 90 degrees. The office staff was great getting a rep out to my house the same day. They had a better system in stock and came out and had it installed by noon the next day. All of the reps and service people were great to work with. Thank you Fairway
