He totally checked out my ac inside and out, cleaned inside and out. He made a couple of suggestions to keep my ac going and didn’t try to sale me something I didn’t need. “Sadly, in this day and age, we all have to be extremely cautious about allowing a stranger to enter our homes!I So I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of Batchelor’s team sending me a text with a picture of the serviceman assigned to my address and a bit of information about him just prior to his arrival. And, as if that wasn’t enough information, Don sent a text telling me he had arrived before I ever heard a knock on the door! This safety feature alone gets 10 stars in my book! Don was very professional and friendly, carefully listening to my vague descriptions of the problem with my AC unit. He explained everything he was doing so that I could understand the diagnostics! “My air conditioner started making loud noises that indicated the fan motor might be going out. I called DayCool on Wednesday morning and they came out first sing Thursday. Ryan Waltman was my technician, and he was timely and very knowledgeable about my unit. He went out of his way to find a replacement fan for me and came back later in the afternoon and installed it. We all know how hot it gets here in the summertime and i'm just glad that we were able to get this fixed before it went bad in the middle of a hot summer day. The entire staff at Daycool, we're helpful and very courteous.”

I am calling on behalf of a commercial business, and I have called multiple times trying to get someone to return my phone call, but I keep getting the runaround. Even when the representative puts in a ticket requesting that the business call me back, I still don’t receive a call.<br><br>All we need is for our AC filters to be changed. This is the same company that installed our AC system, so they know the system and should be familiar with what needs to be done. It is extremely frustrating to have to keep calling and getting nowhere, especially when we are simply asking for routine service for a commercial business.<br><br>At this point, the lack of communication and customer service is very disappointing. Customers should not have to repeatedly call just to get a response for a basic service request.”
