“I had my ac checked up today the technician Bryce showed up on time and called when he was on his way. The office sent an text confirming my service visit the day before. He totally checked out my ac inside and out, cleaned inside and out. He made a couple of suggestions to keep my ac going and didn’t try to sale me something I didn’t need. A very reliable company to do business with! Ten stars!“

“Sadly, in this day and age, we all have to be extremely cautious about allowing a stranger to enter our homes!I So I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of Batchelor’s team sending me a text with a picture of the serviceman assigned to my address and a bit of information about him just prior to his arrival. And, as if that wasn’t enough information, Don sent a text telling me he had arrived before I ever heard a knock on the door! This safety feature alone gets 10 stars in my book! Don was very professional and friendly, carefully listening to my vague descriptions of the problem with my AC unit. He explained everything he was doing so that I could understand the diagnostics! “My air conditioner started making loud noises that indicated the fan motor might be going out. I called DayCool on Wednesday morning and they came out first sing Thursday. Ryan Waltman was my technician, and he was timely and very knowledgeable about my unit. He went out of his way to find a replacement fan for me and came back later in the afternoon and installed it. We all know how hot it gets here in the summertime and i'm just glad that we were able to get this fixed before it went bad in the middle of a hot summer day. The entire staff at Daycool, we're helpful and very courteous.“

Once they became aware of my concerns, they made sure someone from the company reached out to me quickly, and I truly appreciate that.

My original review was based on my experience at the time, when I had made several attempts to get a response and was having difficulty getting a call back. However, I also believe that when a company takes the time to listen and make things right, they deserve recognition for that as well.

Thank you, Donald, and thank you to the supervisor for your help and for making sure I was contacted. I really appreciate your professionalism and willingness to address the situation.

I am very disappointed with the customer service from this AC company. I am calling on behalf of a commercial business, and I have called multiple times trying to get someone to return my phone call, but I keep getting the runaround. Even when the representative puts in a ticket requesting that the business call me back, I still don’t receive a call.

All we need is for our AC filters to be changed. This is the same company that installed our AC system, so they know the system and should be familiar with what needs to be done. It is extremely frustrating to have to keep calling and getting nowhere, especially when we are simply asking for routine service for a commercial business.

At this point, the lack of communication and customer service is very disappointing. Customers should not have to repeatedly call just to get a response for a basic service request.“

“We had a guy named Austin he was actually pretty good, he had dreads and wore glasses to be exact he has a very calm and collected and intelligent way of carrying himself, he came and did an effective and efficient job, he has excellent communication skills and he definitely made sure that everything was running and operational before departure. I'd say he definitely deserves a good raise or 2. Thanks to you Austin and Easy heating and cooling I'm not sweating when I'm sitting down and watching TV anymore.“
