The tech, Ken, was GREAT! He was a a little early, which was a huge PLUS for me! He located the problem and fixed it quickly. I saved the number. Y'all will definitely be my go to ac company. The price was also lower than I've paid for a capacitor in the past with other companies. This is a very honest company and I will gladly refer you to friends and family.

Ken came out to my other property and diagnosed and repaired the unit quickly. He is so fast and friendly! They are definitely my number one choice for my ac repairs.

We had Gulf States Air come out to replace our upstairs A/C system. Andrew was wonderful! He is very knowledgeable in systems and explained everything from start to finish about getting our system replaced! I highly recommend Gulf States Air to anyone in need of A/C replacement or repair. We use this company at work and I also have friends that use them as well. Upon arrival everyone was very professional and courteous.
