I recently contacted Grayson Air when I needed a new compressor. Phillip Q. came out the same day, inspected my unit and gave me a couple of different options. I decided to go with Grayson based on the reviews I'd read, Phillip's professionalism, and the quality of the Carrier unit they proposed.My installation was scheduled very quickly and the 3 installers (Lantz W., Mason S., and Elijah S.) were so nice and professional. Been with these guys just about since I bought my house in 2017. Mostly regular maintenance, the occasional fix. It was (beyond) time for the 2008 system to be replaced inside and out.Matthew, Logan and James came out and replaced the inside and outside units in just a few hours. Showed up at 8:00 am (as scheduled) and got to work. Very professional and respectful the entire time.Even Joey, the installation manager, showed up just at the right time to see how it all turned out. Nice guy as well.
