The MVPs of Appliance parts. I called 5 minutes before closing on a Friday. Expected they might be frustrated with my request BUT they were SO VERY kind & helpful. Got my part purchased over the phone & worked out pickup so we could have AC tonight. Thank YOU ??

These guys are awesome! They were friendly, helpful and even open on Saturday which most supply houses in our area are not. I purchased a blower motor from them for my HVAC unit which had slightly different wiring from my original blower motor and they explained to me how to wire theirs in. I can’t speak highly enough of B&B, would recommend them to anyone.

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service I experienced here. From the initial call to see if they had the part I needed to the in person visit, the counter staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions (multiple times, in fact) and their assistance resulted in a positive & successful DIY experience. Prices were reasonable as well. B & B has a customer for life. Thank you!
