We had a guy named Austin he was actually pretty good, he had dreads and wore glasses to be exact he has a very calm and collected and intelligent way of carrying himself, he came and did an effective and efficient job, he has excellent communication skills and he definitely made sure that everything was running and operational before departure. I'd say he definitely deserves a good raise or 2. Thanks to you Austin and Easy heating and cooling I'm not sweating when I'm sitting down and watching TV anymore.
