“Wow, I'm here to testify that Barry Grimes is the MacGyver of all things plumbing and leak diagnostics. After a health incident of a loved one (meaning I was already hgihly stressed), I was mopping my oak floor when I noticed water stains and buckling boards up against the wall. Upon further discovery, I found the wall perpendicular had recent mold and water draining from the baseboard. Another plumbing company that installed our water heater last year, thought it was a pipe pin hole leak coming through our foundation - STRESS!!. He could have told me to pound sand and I would have been SOL. But he doesn't operate like that. I doubt it would have even crossed his mind. Scott is an honest tradesman.
