Joe Miller was the technician who initially came to our home. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose what was going on, got our system back up and running, and then returned to do an extensive evaluation of the entire system. Joe laid out a detailed plan explaining what had been done incorrectly, what needed to be repaired, and what it would take to finally get our system operating the way it should have from the beginning.
Joe was professional, diligent, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed or brushed off.
What impressed me even more was the response from the entire company. Ronnie, the owner, personally came to our home, and over the course of two days, Ronnie, Joe, and an entire team worked together to correct the mess they inherited. They didn’t simply put a Band-Aid on the problem — they addressed the underlying issues, corrected the previous workmanship, and essentially overhauled the system so it could operate the way it was supposed to.
