Woke up this morning, Sunday. Inside temperature was 57 degrees. Furnace not working. We have a maintenance contract with Climate Control. They sent tech Joshua Howard to the rescue. Climate Control has always had excellent service, but Joshua just upped the bar. Very pleased customer. I always hope we never need to call, but if we do, we are requesting Joshua. Thanks
**UPDATE: to my original review:** I want to take a moment to say thank you to Donald, the technician, and the supervisor for stepping in and helping get things moving. Once they became aware of my concerns, they made sure someone from the company reached out to me quickly, and I truly appreciate that.
My original review was based on my experience at the time, when I had made several attempts to get a response and was having difficulty getting a call back. However, I also believe that when a company takes the time to listen and make things right, they deserve recognition for that as well.
