Absolutely wonderful people. Honest and straightforward, with no scare tactics or pressure to upsell unnecessary products or services. They clearly identified the issue, explained their diagnosis in a practical and easy-to-understand way, had the needed parts in stock, and repaired my heating strip quickly. I look forward to continuing a business relationship with them and will gladly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

This was my 1st time using this company ( referred by a friend). I just want anyone to know that it is an amazing company. We called at about 10am and they had someone out right away. The service man was quick and very professional. The price was reasonable and they weren’t trying to pad the bill in any way with time or parts cost. It’s great to see such great customer service. We will definitely use them again if ever needed. Thank you Labit!!!
