I had accidentally called another company to come out before I remembered I still had Air Of Excellence 's number in my contacts from the first time I used them. I had accidentally left Graysons Air Conditioning company of Mobile, Al contact phone number in my phone contacts from that first visit when I decided to call Air Of Excellence for a second opinion. That company quoted ridiculous prices for a second time for repairing and/or replacement. I was glad I remembered Air Of Excellence had given a better price and repaired my unit the same day both times I called. The other company, Graysons Air Conditioning I accidentally called, once again quoted in excessive price to repair and replace, stated my unit would be a waste of time to replace and stated it would be the next week before they could come out to repair. I hurried up and erased the other company's number out of my phone to not make that mistake of calling them again and made sure to write Air Of Excellence on my hvac unit to remind me to always call them when needed. My unit is still up and running a week later with no problems!! This is the best company to choose because they want scam you, will go out of their way to repair instead of offering replacement if repairment is possible, and makes sure the customer is happy!! So glad to be a proud customer of this company!! Choose Air Of Excellence when you need fair and honest people to work with when it comes to getting your HVAC needs met...... I assure you want regret giving them a call!!“
