“I contacted Spring’s Servicing to discuss some ductwork concerns during a basement renovation. Because we were already doing work down there, I had a few ideas of my own; the team was able to quickly talk me out of the work that didn’t make sense while affirming the upgrades that were actually necessary.

The turnaround was very fast and the pricing was reasonable. Every person I spoke with at Spring’s was genuine and a pleasure to deal with. This is the only business I will be calling for my future HVAC needs.

Work completed:
-Added two cold air returns in the basement.
-Re-routed vent work for the bathroom and bedroom.
-Sealed/taped all existing ductwork. (this wasn't quoted, they just did it)
-Relocated cold air ductwork to create overhead clearance for surround speakers.
-Converted overhead exhaust vents to round fixtures.“

He showed up exactly when promised and resolved the problem (which was more involved than expected) with suggestions on how to prevent from reoccurring. Price was in the range given (he had to perform extra work to resolve issue that could not be anticipated over the phone). He left the place clean and was efficient and very communicative throughout his visit. Would absolutely recommend Harpers (and Hamish in particular). “We recently had a new power vented hot water tank installed by Lonestar replacing two standard venting tanks. We have used them before for previous plumbing work, and they were able to fit us in quickly when we requested the install. They provided an estimate via email after seeing photos I had provided of the old setup. We found they carried out the install of our new hot water tank in a proffesional manner. Jasmine in the office was very helpful and we found the attending plumbers, Jude, Macen and Daniel, were courteous and careful whilst carrying out the work, especially wih hauling the two old tanks out and managing to get the much larger new tank down into the basement without damaging any of our property. I have no problem with recommending them for this kind of work.“

“I had a leaking connection after moving a washing machine resulting in a leak to the ceiling below. I called a couple of other companies but none could come until at least the next day. I called Alpha and they had a technician at my place within two hours. Mike was courteous, efficient, explained the repair options and costs, and had the repairs done within a hour and a half. The only downside was the cost which seemed high, but was as per the estimate I was given. All plumbing repairs seem costly these days. I would definitely use Alpha again.“
