I woke the other morning to the furnace not working properly on a cold day. I phoned the company at 7:30 a.m. and the call was answered immediately. Information was taken and passed on to the technicians. The cost of the call out was communicated. I was called within 2 hours and given 45 minute notice of arrival time. The technician was efficient and identified the problem quickly. A part had to be obtained and he provided me with the estimate. He was gone about 1.5 hours, returned and had the part installed within 15 minutes. Tested the system and all was functioning properly. Very happy with the service.
I've used Advanpro's services multiple times at a couple of commercial pet care facilities. We really put a strain on our dryer ducts and the team at Advanpro helps us out on time, professionally and knowledgably every time. Really appreciate their cost-effective services.
