Our furnace wasn’t igniting which started at about 4AM. I called at around 9 and sameday was able to get a technician im the house by 2. Technician Dave was great! He explained easily what can happen over time in cold weather, showed a picture of the issue and was able to make a quick fix. I am now defrosting!
There was a smell coming out of our vents that smelled like burning plastic. I saw them in Google and had great reviews. I called and explained what was going. It was around 9pm and they said they can come out in a few hours but I decided just to shut off the furnace just incase and they gave me a time between 8am and 12pm the next day. Erwin arrived just before 9am. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Basically the motor burned out and he had the parts in his van. The lady I spoke to on the phone the night before asked about the model of the furnace so they were prepared for any issue. Furnace technician arrived within 3 hours during the 1st cold snap of the year. Diagnosed the issue, had the part in his truck, had the furnace running and out the door in less than 45 minutes. Very impressed with professional of the tech and quality of service. Highly recommend Spring's for any of your HVAC needs. Kirk
