We recently had a new power vented hot water tank installed by Lonestar replacing two standard venting tanks. We have used them before for previous plumbing work, and they were able to fit us in quickly when we requested the install. What a great experience! We called about a week ago to have a bbq line hooked up at our new place, they got back to us right away with a great quote. Setting up a time for installation was easy, they were on time and the new line looks great. Our technician Matthew was friendly and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He even fixed something our builder had missed! I would absolutely recommend Lonestar to anyone looking for gas fitting needs!
Monica is very professional. Josh Hernandez and John Obias were great. Their skills are remarkable, they had great customer service skills, and were very fast and efficient. All in all the whole service was great. Thank you.
