Dealing with Pascal and The Prince of Fresh Air has been nothing short of his namesake. Punctual, considerate, thorough and went above and beyond.We had our furnace give out he was recommended by friends. He was contacted in the late evening and showed up early the next morning to give a full inspection and break down of everything going on with our unit. Pascal came out and assessed our needs. I was especially interested in an HRV for getting fresh air into the house. Most furnace businesses seem to be interested in a quick in and out model of taking out the old furnace and replacing it and being done. Pascal took the time to put in additional cold air returns to enhance the airflow in the house. He installed a new furnace, AC, and hot water heater in addition to the HRV. Pascal was very responsive. Furnace was done two weeks after first contact. He finished in one day even with the chimney liner. I assisted where appropriate and saved some minor costs. We'll have him back for the maintenance and if we ever decide to add AC to this new furnace. He planned for that with his model recommendations.
