Harold explained the whole process and what the problem was with my air conditioning unit .....I appreciated the thoroughness of his diagnosis and feel confident with how the process will be completed on the new install.
We called first thing this morning with a toilet backup emergency. From the phone call with the dispatch gal, to the care of the work at our home, to the follow through and after service care was amazing. Everything about this company saved us today! The professionalism and the care for us as clients was impeccable. I will never use another company, well done!!!!!
We had an emergency situation where water was gushing out of the main valve in our furnace room and it starting to flood with water. I called 6 different plumbers and no tech was available immediately. Luckily the receptionist at Plumbing & Heating Paramedics was helpful and said they could send someone between 2-3 hrs, i booked as there was no choice and no one else was available. I got a text within 30 mins and said the tech was on his way. The tech Andrew was friendly and super knowledgeable.
