From the moment I called to book an appointment, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Scott from Cuthbert Plumbing and Heating fixed the issues with my Navien tankless water heater and also completed a full service. I had no hot water in the middle of winter, and he was very responsive throughout the process. He clearly communicated, provided an estimate of the approximate cost, and explained how long the repair would take based on the pictures, videos and symptoms I mentioned. Not all plumbing companies are willing to provide a quote without first seeing the problem. I will hire him again to service my water heater.
I've worked with scott since last spring and Ive seen first hand this man cares about his clients. He won't leave a job until he's sure its going to last and hes got more experiance then ten average plumbers. If I didn't do my own plumbing first person I would call would be Scott at Cuthbert.
