I recently had a check up done on my Navien boiler done by Shay from Water Heater Pro. From what I can tell, the technician did a thorough job with pictures documenting the state of the boiler. I was pleased with follow up report that was provided with diagnostics of the boiler. I would recommend this company to family and friends.
Jacob was absolutely great. He came and we had a new water heater in less than 24 hours from the time I called. They respond to my requests very quickly despite being busy and they honour their words. Thank you.
The whole experience was wonderful! The company was responsive and answered all my questions. They were able to have someone out here in 3 days. We even added a water softener last minute and they were able to accommodate. Kael did the install and was very efficient and careful.Great experience
