Service technician Logan worked quickly and efficiently to check three toilets that were sliding around in my new home. He ensured there were no leaks and properly secured them. Excellent service from start to finish from Neptune Plumbing and Heating!
Adam arrived on time with a new apprentice. They were both friendly, and efficient in replacing my kitchen tap I had previously purchased. They were mindful to clean up after themselves as well as inform of pricing for installation. Love my new tap and that you took the extra step to show features of tap.
just had them leave the house after doing a cleaning of my drainage system. very perfessional very courteous and knew exactly what the problem was. came well prepared. and it was done at the price they quoted me when they walked in. Highly recommended!
