“I contacted Spring’s Servicing to discuss some ductwork concerns during a basement renovation. Because we were already doing work down there, I had a few ideas of my own; the team was able to quickly talk me out of the work that didn’t make sense while affirming the upgrades that were actually necessary.

The turnaround was very fast and the pricing was reasonable. Every person I spoke with at Spring’s was genuine and a pleasure to deal with. This is the only business I will be calling for my future HVAC needs.

Work completed:
-Added two cold air returns in the basement.
-Re-routed vent work for the bathroom and bedroom.
-Sealed/taped all existing ductwork. (this wasn't quoted, they just did it)
-Relocated cold air ductwork to create overhead clearance for surround speakers.
-Converted overhead exhaust vents to round fixtures.“

“We were looking to have our furnace replaced as we had experienced some issues during the last 2 winters. We wanted to make sure that we made an informed choice, so we had 4 different companies in for estimates. The bar was set very high early in the process for us, and we were happy that we had the time to soak up the enormous amount of information. The last person in to see us was Don Snow with Arpis. We were fortunate enough to have Don see us as he is incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth. He thoroughly explained things about our HVAC and our home, and he then took the time to go through our home and checked ALL of the air returns. It was an eye opener. Based on Dons’ presentation, we selected Arpis. We booked our install, and were awaiting the date with anticipation and relief. 1 week
to the day before our furnace install, our AC unit crapped out. We advised Don, and we had a revised quote very quickly. We also opted to have our humidifier replaced as well.

On install day, we were happy to greet Jordan and Harman to get things started. The guys were right on time, and immediately made us feel at ease. Any questions that we had were immediately and thoroughly answered. It took the guys a day and a half to complete the job. There was no slacking here whatsoever! The guys were focused on the task at hand. So professional!

The end result was nothing short of night and day. I wish I would have taken pictures of before and after. The install quality of our furnace and AC made the old stuff look like a 5 year old put it in. It was plainly evident that Jordan and Harman take pride in their work. I’ve seen furnaces at friends and familys’ homes, but this is next level. The entire appearance of the components and piping are signs of excellent workmanship. Jordan and Harman - you guys knocked it out of the park!!
