Stillwell Heating and Air replaced our heat pump system this past weekend. We were really hoping that we wouldn't have to replace the entire system for the problem that we encountered but ultimately, it was the only solution. Joshua Stillwell was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. When I say the entire process, I mean that when I first reached out to Joshua, we had several phone calls where he was trying to help me find a possible simple fix over the phone. Josh is the best of the best in the Harper’s Ferry/Charlestown region. Highly recommend. We tend to need him at the least convenient possible hours and he is professional and kind, always available and with a smile on his face. Good pricing and quality work. Highly recommended anytime you need heating/ a/c repair or install.

Josh was awesome to work with. I just moved to the area and gave him a call to come service the heat pump system at my new-to-me house and look into an auxiliary heat issue with the system. He quickly figured out the issue and got me all squared away. Super nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Stillwell.
