“Temp-A-Tron replaced two HVAC systems in my home over the past year, and they deserve high praise for their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my full satisfaction. Their prices for both Rheem systems were very competitive, but even more important was how they stood behind their work when things didn’t go perfectly.<br><br>While installing the first attic system, one of the technicians accidentally cracked a ceiling panel, which they immediately apologized for and contacted a drywall professional who repaired it quickly and perfectly. In the second instance, after the initial installation it was apparent that the new system was noisier than the one it replaced. Again, they acted quickly to remedy the problem. A team came out—led by the company president—to evaluate the situation, and they concluded that some of our old ductwork was undersized for the high-efficient unit that we had selected. They recommended a solution, and at their expense worked almost two extra days adding and upgrading multiple return and supply ducts to fix the problem.<br><br>In short, Temp-A-Tron demonstrated what is increasingly all too rare: they readily acknowledged issues and were willing to do whatever it took to “make things right”.
