The HVAC technician John, who installed a new furnace and HVAC, is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, polite, and friendly. The manager, Jamie, is also efficient, polite, friendly, and provides excellent customer service.I highly recommend Appalachian Heating and Air!!Services: A/C system maintenance

***Update:***We were able to speak to someone. Clear the air. And schedule for tomorrow morning. A tech came out on time and diagnosed the issue.***Will update this review when and if we get a call/text back about our visit that was scheduled for today and not kept.We have called and texted since our missed appointment (1to3pm) with no luck in reaching anyone.Services: HVAC system repair
