The customer service I received from all of the AirServ staff was excellent. They were all professional and friendly. The guys who installed my unit kept the area clean and was respectful of my house. I would recommend AirServ for anyone looking for a new HVAC unit.
AC went out sometime Wednesday but had not paid attention to the house being quite warm on Thursday morning. I looked up who had installed the unit in 2018. Gave them a call, now known as AireServ.
Spoke with Kelly, could not have a better person answering the phone, and she arranged for the technician to come that day. Totally surprised they could get someone here the same day as their second tech is out for several weeks with a broken leg.

Replacing our air conditioning system was not something we had planned on for this summer. But as fate would have it, It had to be done. Calling AireServe For a quote was the best thing we did. Our first association was with Nicholas who came and looked at our system. He was so professional , Kind, and understanding about our dilemma. He explained everything in Detail. He even offered to lend us a window unit to help. Keep our home cool Get installation on a new system. He was very accommodating to our situation. When the crew came to install the system, Isaiah was the team leader. He too, was professional , Friendly and helpful. The entire crew was wonderful.
