This was our first time using Blue Ridge Heating and A/C. I'm so glad our friends recommended them. Our system went out and they came to us right away and replaced both units, indoor and outdoor. They added a drain pan with an alarm so that we would not have to worry about any water damage. They added an extra return for better air flow. Their service was impeccable! Extremely professional, local family owned and operated that gives back to our community, trustworthy - it comes with a 2 year labor warranty and a 10 year equipment warranty on their Bryant systems.
