Needed an emergency repair. The company I used for the past year had a message saying they were too busy and to call someone else. I left a message at Dudley's. Got a call back on a Saturday and few hours later they came and repaired my unit. Very professional and friendly! I have a new company now! I highly recommend Dudley's.

I emailed Dudley's Heating at around 9pm 6/15 and got a response within the hour which was surprising for how late it was. They sent someone out the following morning, they were quick and helpful. There was a solid sheet of ice in our HVAC so they let it melt over the weekend, came back Monday evening and finished the job. Everything was done in a total of 2 hours including the time they came on the 16. Our issue wasn't too big of a problem to begin with, but we have air now, it's very cold in the downstairs and it blows out just fine.Pricing was also average.
