Our water heater sprung a leak. The basement was full of water. We called Southport and they were there within an hour. By the end of the day we had a new water heater. Fantastic service.

One of our furnaces at our rental property was starting but not remaining on. The tenant had no heat and I previously used Southport and they were very responsive. I called on a Thursday morning and they were ready to send someone out on Thursday pm but since I couldn’t get there until Friday morning, which they accommodated. I asked to be notified 30 minutes in advance and was notified 45 minutes early. I was surprised to see a text with the picture of the technician (Anthony) announcing that he was on his way. He was professional, efficient, and explained what he fixed and why it happened. I highly recommend Southport and will use them in the future.

I called Southport and was able to get an appointment immediately. The person I spoke with was friendly and appreciative of my inquiry. I also received a confirmation text, reflecting the date, time and location of the upcoming appointment, again thanking me for choosing them.We had an issue with leak coming from our tub. Matt was quickly able to diagnose the problem. The issue was resolved the same day.
