Justan was great! He explained exactly what he had to do and what it would cost for each step. When he found there was a shut off for that particular faucet he let me know and I didn’t pay to have one installed since it was already there. I appreciate the honesty and integrity! Jackson came and serviced our air conditioner on Wednesday, and once again he did an outstanding job. He was very thorough in both his work and explanation of what he did. Southport is in excellent hands if all of it’s employees work with the dedication that Jackson does.
