“In 2021 our furnace went out. We called Thielmann's and we're assisted by Brian P. He was kind and knowledgeable! Working with them was a very positive experience. Now this last week our A/C stopped working. We obviously knew who to call. I really love how prior to the appointment time a picture of the employee along with their bio is sent via text. It is nice to know beforehand who is coming to your house. Nicholas H. came to assess and from his bio I saw that he has 24yrs experience in the industry! He thoroughly explained the issue with our A/C. He detailed why it would would nolonger work (beside the fact that it is a 1990/35yrs old!). We felt assured with his recommendation to get a new one. Brian P. then came and he was beyond helpful in choosing a surprisingly affordable new unit that would fit our house best.

“Lost power to the furnace and had no heat. Called CGS as they originally installed it back in 1992, as i found out. 30+ year old furnace final winter. He recommended replacement and was able to install the following day. Clark provided us with 4 strong electric space heaters to help keep our family warm enough to make it through the night and installation during the morning. A part failed from the new furnace within less than 24 hours, and he came back promptly and dignosed and replaced it. What are the chances right. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Clark and others with him at CGS. Older reviews showed him in a negative light, but i did not have that experience at all when talking and working with him through our situations. Very appreciated for the business and cared about addressing our situations over more than one call in a short period of time. Would recommend.“

“I called 3 companies to get quotes for my A/C to be replaced because it was 35 years old and stopped working.1st place came out and told me my furnace was 22 years old and also needed to be replaced. They gave me 3 quotes, the cheapest being $12,900.2nd company we sent photos to and they quoted us $8,900 for A/C and Furnace.3rd company was Kettle Moraine. I asked to submit photos and get quote for A/C and Furnace. Guy told me Furnace is 5 years old and doesn't need to be replaced. He quoted me $4,700 for A/C and sheet metal work. I agreed. When quote came in it was $4,300. Woo-hoo!!!! When the techs came to install they found the motherboard on the Furnace was bad so they replaced that as well. I wasn't home but my wife had nothing bad to say so that's a good thing. With motherboard we were right around original quote which is way better than $12,900. I would absolutely recommend this company and use them again myself.“
