I called 3 companies to get quotes for my A/C to be replaced because it was 35 years old and stopped working.1st place came out and told me my furnace was 22 years old and also needed to be replaced. They gave me 3 quotes, the cheapest being $12,900.2nd company we sent photos to and they quoted us $8,900 for A/C and Furnace.3rd company was Kettle Moraine. I asked to submit photos and get quote for A/C and Furnace. Guy told me Furnace is 5 years old and doesn't need to be replaced. He quoted me $4,700 for A/C and sheet metal work. I agreed. We ended up not going with K.M. heating for the service we needed, but this was mostly due to timing and circumstances more than anything else. Our AC went down on a hot Saturday evening and KM responded Sunday morning and had someone out to look at our unit just a few hours later. They called us to find out our situation and then called again shortly after to confirm an appointment. We had a quote by Monday afternoon for a new system. They were professional and VERY responsive and I would recommend them based on this alone.
