“Absolutely one of those small businesses that leads with customer service. While I've worked with Schneiss before, I had a recent experience that was just incredible when my A/C started glitching out. It started with a service call. They were able to get a tech to me the same day who found an issue and fixed in within an hour. He even showed me the part and it was clear it was a failed part.
However, it wasn't the only problem with the unit so a few days later, another call for service, and again they were there the same day. Found another clear issue but both the tech and I agreed this might just be the end of the line for the condenser (outside) unit which was 25 years old. So we tried out the fix, and sure enough it worked for a little while and failed again.
So another call this time to get a quote for a replacement. The owner, Jay, showed up the very next day and in 15 minutes I had a quote and an appointment 3 days later for the install. The installers came, worked diligently, were very friendly and helpful, and had the work done in under 2 hours. Install was clean and showed attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with all that Schneiss did to get my A/C back up and running during the most humid week of the year.”
