“Early on a Saturday morning I noticed water on my basement floor and realized that it was from my water heater. Without hesitation, I first called Horsch and Miller. Although they were closed since it was the weekend, almost instantly I was in touch with Derek on the phone. He provided quick and clear options. I made the decision to replace the water heater even though it was a Saturday. Derek was at my home within an hour. What could have been a very stressful situation, ended up being a positive experience. Derek was kind, clear and efficient. Within a few hours everything was replaced and set to go. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!“

“We had problems with our home boiler system. I had Thielmann come in and quote me a new system. The person who came was extremely knowledgeable (Steve). After recovering from sticker shock we contracted them for the job. They were able to schedule us within a week. They were in and out in less than a day. Cleaned up everything. Installers were very professional. New system seems to be a winner. Office staff was pleasant too...as they took my $$...loll. Highly recommend!“
