“Joe came out in very brutally cold weather Friday night, January 23rd, as my furnace had become very loud and knowing something was wrong, I turned it off. He was very professional and went through a lot of time consuming work to locate the part (motor) that my unit needed. Once he located part, he had to drive quite a distance to get it. “Tom was great. he fixed my AC issue in like 5 minutes today on a national holiday ( the 4th of July) and charged me for a regular service call instead of trying to fleece me becusse it's a holiday. the charge was reasonable and he takes the time to explain what the issue is as hes doing the repair.
