OK KComfort has been great every time I call them. Today I called them and they were here within two hours and added some services while they were here great service I will use them again and again.

Came back from a trip to find my furnace not working. Called KKomfort and set up appointment. Technician said I had faulty pressure switch and eventually told me I need a new furnace and could install next day. Got a second opinion and Block immediately said pressure switch fault also but then went outside and saw my exhaust vent was blocked by snow. Once unblocked the furnace ran just fine! No charge!

On a 1 degree day I called K Komfort. This was because my 6 year young heater stopped heating our house. Aspen answered the phone right away when I called. Collin ( or Colin ) was on time a few hours later. He was very technical, astute, personable and likeable. A colleague brought a valve from the shop quickly. Collin/Colin fixed it. Heat resumed. All is well. Bravo to K Komfort!
