Zack was our salesman and also one of the installers. He did an excellent job explaining the features of the Furnace and Air Conditioning products sold by Mueller and the process of the installation. He answered all our questions and addressed any of our concerns. We had three quotes, already in hand...before we decided that Mueller was our best bet. Zack was also here to install the Furnace and Air Conditioner and again everything was done professionally. The guys installing were knowledgeable, polite and kept the noise to a minimum. They took the time to inform me of how the new furnace will work, what to look for and what to expect.
