I am grateful to have found Donna and worked with her for 2 months. Going into it, I was initially skeptical about the effects of hypnotherapy, but after the first session I became a believer. The experience helped me overcome the mental roadblocks I was experiencing at the time as well as help address the subconscious behaviors that I wanted to work on. I still use her teachings/techniques to this day - 4 months post-final session. Donna is incredibly sweet and an optimistic energy to be around. Brian did extensive work for us around 4 years ago during a major renovation of our entire home. It dawned on me that I never wrote a review of his services. Not only was his work outstanding, as is the fact that 4 years later everything looks as good as new, but Brian also helped us with the design. Sometimes I doubted some of his ideas but at the end everything turned out better than I could have hoped for. We continuously get compliments on our house - many thanks to Brian for his excellent work.

UPDATE 7/7/2026 - When I first started going to Cornerstone, my back would hurt so bad after mowing for like 20 minutes. I just got back from a working cattle ranch where I rode a horse for 4-6 hours a day for 4 days. I would never have been able to do that were it not for Cornerstones great work!!!
I highly recommend working with Attorney Stephanie Guzy. She handled my divorce and did an incredible job from start to finish. She was always completely prepared for every hearing, and her arguments in court were sharp and highly effective. Beyond her skills as a lawyer, she was very patient and friendly throughout the entire process, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. If you need someone who will fight hard for you but is also easy to talk to, she is the one to hire.

In LOVE with the nail designers here. I hadn’t been in for 20 years and the quality is amazing. Definitely going to be a regular here. I came in for a self care day and I even ordered Starbucks and a technician went and got for me. Perfect afternoon. I brought in a mani inspo and I love what Rachel did with it! Frank started my nails and was very gentle with my thin nails. It was great.
I’ve been coming here for a couple of months for my pedicures. I’ve had several staff do my pedicures and they’re all great but Somany is by far my favorite. Whenever I call to book my appointment I always ask for her. She is so sweet and offers suggestions to elevate my pedicure. My nails always look great because of her, I couldn’t recommend her more!

Gustavo and his helper have cleaned my condo several times, and I recommend their services. They have done very well with general cleaning of the kitchen, bath, bedroom, and living/dining areas. I came to see Dr. Laura after a lumbar facet back injury where I could barely stand without being in severe pain and my nervous system was confused, I was severely anxious and depressed and just not my normal bubbly optimistic self at all. After my first two visits, I immediately felt the relief and like my nervous system can finally relax and feel safe. I’m happy to report after 3 months of continuous care, I’m pain free. I can handle stress and anxiety even better than before the injury. I wish I saw her years ago, as this is a must have self care for your nervous system! Thank you Dr. Laura and Rachael! :)

The prices are very reasonable and they do not accept gratuity, but rather charge what they think is reasonable for their services. I have been to the West side location several times for different reasons and have had a great experience every time. I'm so glad I found this place and will keep coming back. Balasana Wellness is a wonderful place to go!! Christina is such a pleasure to work with. She is so sweet and understanding about the body and mind. She knows just the right tools to use to make me feel better. Tools meaning, cupping, CBD creams and scented oils to relax me and make me feel better by the end of my massage. I have scares and tightness from a accident and she really has wonderful techniques to loosen the scares so my leg feels better. She has been my massage therapist for about 15 years or so and I would recommend her to anyone!!!! She is the best!!!
When I started coming to see Samee I had pain in my leg that never seemed to quit. Our giant schnauzer pulls when we walk him and apparently it had taken a toll on my leg. I have been seeing her on a regular basis for several months for leg work. I'm pain free in my leg and can finally get a good night's sleep. So thankful that I listened to my coworkers and booked an appointment!!!
