Quick response for service, knowledgeable technician with diagnostics and actually fixing the problem that occurred. Had an original appointment for later afternoon, and was called saying they could come earlier in the day which is amazing in an A/C crisis with a toddler in the home.
My furnace blower motor died on me just as the weather started to turn cold for the season. Josh came out and took a look and confirmed it was dying and was able to order a replacement even though my furnace is fairly old. Service was great, fast, and friendly. Price was very VERY reasonable. When I replace my full furnace to bring it up to date I will be going with OK. They have earned a lifetime customer!

I thought I needed a new furnace because of a failure occurring in my current unit. I contacted two companies and received quotes for $2000-$3000 for the repairs. My furnace is 12 years old and not inexpensive so I was not very happy about this. It was a coin toss as to whether to fix or replace. I called 5 local companies to receive quotes for a new furnace and they were $6,000-$8,000. OK was the last company to come in. The salesman, who is very knowledgeable and surprisingly honest, told me my furnace could be repaired for under $1,000. He could have just quoted me for a new furnace like all the others but didn’t.
