19122 Beardslee Blvd #101, Bothell“I really enjoyed this studio. My core usually never gets sore, but after trying their reformer class, I was definitely feeling it the next day or 2 after! I like the challenge of slowing down and feeling the mind muscle body connection. The trainers seem knowledgeable about how to process or modify movements if available. I also like that there’s yoga classes on the schedule and I look forward to trying those too. I’d suggest trying to book reformer classes because they can get popular and some people will eventually fall off the waitlist.“
“I love the wonderful variety of teachers and classes that 8 Limbs offers!!! I also love the sense of community I feel between the participants, I look forward to seeing familiar faces.“

She has great technique, appropriate pressure, and is very knowledgeable on modalities. Highly professional and highly rated. I'm glad I found her!!“
“I have been coming to Hot Yoga of Mill Creek for about 7 months now. I was a complete beginner when I started and have struggled with flexibility my whole life. Coming here for classes once a week has helped immensely with increasing my flexibility! All of the instructors are very kind, informative and easy to follow along. The Hatha classes are my personal favorite. The studio is clean and never gets too packed. The heat is cozy and manageable. Overall, I would highly recommend this studio to beginners and advanced yogis.“

18047 NE 68th St Suite B-100, Redmond“ZenRock feels like home. :) It has a warm atmosphere, people, state of the art equipment, and rooms. I've been going there for the last three months (three times a week one-hour sessions) and have only great things to say. They really listen to you and help you achieve whatever goals you want at whatever fitness level you are at (including beginner). My own trainer (Mehdi Ansari) as well as all of the other trainers I witness there are super competent, knowledgeable, fun, and really dedicated to helping you. Mehdi has helped me lose weight, gain strength, confidence. Real results! He also trains my 13 year old son. He makes it so much fun for him too along with actual results. This place is so much better than other fitness places (I've tried big gyms in the past) because of the truly personal focus, fun, and privacy they give you. Highly recommended!!!! :)“

“Fit 4 life is an excellent the trainer is Grant who takes you back to the basics and takes it very slow, however he does this its to the benifit of you, he explains the why and the how, what not to do. He is well versed on other subject matter as well, like diet and nutrition“
“Mid 40's and more fit than I've been in my life -- strength, body tone, and flexibility -- thanks to Knotty Yoga. I have great results attending only 2 or 3 hour-long classes each week, and have gained new physical skills that I never thought I could, e.g. rope climbing, acro, stretching, fabric, etc. Mason's a great instructor, thoroughly trained in fitness and massage, adapts classes and guidance to everyone's individual capabilities, and makes them fun and social. Classes are fast paced, varied, and strenuous, but not intensely tough or competitive. You'll get to know other regular attendees (aged 20s thru 50s), and have fun encouraging each other as you swiftly improve.“

She uses a variety of exercises to get results and strengthen areas that may be injured or weak. Lynn has a wealth of information regarding exercise, health, and nutrition.“

“Skye King is one of the most gifted massage therapists I have ever worked with. She is highly unique in her skill sets. She is incredibly smart- knows her anatomy, pathophysiology and common pain patterns. She treats specific pain issues and individualizes the session based upon the client's specific needs. She is a fabulous communicator, takes the client's concerns to heart and is diligent to develop the safest and most effective approach. She has absolutely fabulous hands, with an intuitive and highly effective touch. In addition, she is a very kind and compassionate person who is also highly professional. I am a physician who refers patients to massage therapists throughout the Seattle area and I am very particular. I feel very comfortable referring patients, friends and family to Skye and recommend her highly.“

11220 NE 124th St, Kirkland“I would say I am a mid-level in in terms of yoga experience, and I have been to quite a few studios. I’m going to say this is the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It’s a very welcoming space, nice lobby area, a generous bathroom with two showers (for women’s not sure about men’s), and a decent sized room that’s a good hot temp that gets you going but not dying. All the instructors so far have been great, and my favorite is Steve. He leads the free class on Saturdays at noon. Seriously, the best kept secret in Kirkland! My absolute favorite part about the studio is that they give you a cold lavender towel at the end of class, as you relax into your final Shavasana.Lastly, I feel like the people that come here are pretty chill. I would say there’s a lot more diversity at this studio than I’ve seen at others, in terms of background, age, as well as skill level/experience.The only sort of annoying thing is their website / sign up - sometimes it’s clunky or doesn’t work for me. When that happens I just show up and the staff are always lovely and accommodating. I’ve never been turned away!Okay that’s all this place rocks!“

Consistent schedule with many times available for hot vinyasa or hatha 26/28; I appreciate the flexibility. Yoga room needs repair, and the flooring is creating lumps on the four corners of the room. Fairly priced for unlimited, assuming you attend 4 times a week.“

15217 Main St #101, Mill Creek“Love this hot yoga studio. It seems that the best and worst reviews seem to be centered around the increased levels of heating at this particular studio. As someone who practices hot yoga for the heated aspect, I appreciate the investment they’ve made into their heating system. Because of the level of infrared heat, I can feel that the benefits of my practice here are noticeably enhanced compared to that of my practice at other studios.“
“I just started attending Root 2 Rose after moving to the area. WOW. I’m blown away by the balance of depth and levity in the classes and the calm, grounding energy of each teacher. I’ve felt seen, empowered, and free in each class, no matter the form of yoga I’m practicing that day. Anyone looking for a studio with a blend of yoga styles including Yin (my favorite!) may want to give Root 2 Rise a try! I look forward to many days spent in practice at Root 2 Rise. :)“
