“I had a great visit with my new primary care doctor last week, she was excellent. The ladies in the lab on Tuesday were amazing as well.

I did have to return to the lab today and only interacted with Trisha N. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same positive experience as my previous visits. She repeatedly told me to “wait behind the sign,” even though I was already standing behind it near the door. She said several times that I needed to protect patient privacy, but didn’t clarify what she meant until the third time, when she explained I needed to wait to be called up. Her tone felt unnecessarily hostile, and it wasn’t appreciated.“

“Nice people ? but they seem very rushed ?‍? especially driving from Oregon. I would like to make sure they have all my paperwork especially since when I got there, their system couldn’t upload my files ?…… Also seems like there is a disconnect with the VA and these contractors because no one seems to know the answer ? on why we have to drive this far or sometimes only 5-10min to see providers.“

“Dr Back (yes that is really his name) is a genius. He can always figure out what’s causing my pain and fix it. I am very grateful to him. He has never tried to sign me up for a series and rarely even suggests I need a follow up visit. I have been seeing him, but only when I need it, for twenty years. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s the best.“

“I went into Kaiser urgent care and had an experience that I believe deserves kudos.
There were 2 gentleman there at the desk on Friday around 3-330 on a late lunch break and told them I may need to come back after work.
These 2 gentleman saw me as a human being needing to be taken care of and the steps they took are some of the best customer service I have seen. I don’t have the names but I am extremely thankful. Thank you so much! Please recognize them ❤🙏❤“

“I recently switched over to this clinic from Prism Health, and I am having a much better experience at Lavender Spectrum Health. My previous PCP at Prism Health was very fatphobic, not neurodivergent friendly or competent, and just a jerk. My new primary care provider at Lavender Spectrum Health is the complete opposite. They are more HAES focused, neurodivergent friendly; actually affirms me instead of judging me for being autistic like Prism Health did, and they are just much better people. I have OHP and have never had any insurance issues here. And when I do need occasional referrals, they don’t just leave me in the dark; my primary care provider asked me how they can support me, which was the opposite of what I experienced in previous spaces. The location is far from me which is inconvenient, but it’s worth it to have better care that actually treats me like a human and with mutual respect.“

“I saw Jr Jon at Orchards. His MA, Brandy called me in. We talked about why I was there, she totally understood everything, took pictures for Dermo of a problem area on my arm, ask pertinant questions, very efficient without forgetting to be kind and considerate. Dr Jon came in, we discussed why I was there, he asked questions, explained his opinions, explained treatments, explained referrals. He asked me if I had any further questions, and then excused himself. I always feel so confident with Brandy and Dr Jon. I would (and do) trust them with my life.“

“Today at the Vancouver Clinic (Salmon Creek Building II) there was a guy we believe his name was Travis however we’re not sure. One of the most amazing experiences ever. My son had to get a cast and while he was putting it on they were joking around. My son said 67 he said we don’t do that in this room. Then my son noticed there were googly eyes everywhere and he said another guy does it he would go get him. That guy was busy but he said he would do it then said somebody left you a note in the other room he handed my son the note and it said 67 we laughed so hard. He was just an awesome person. If you ever see this, we just wanna say thank you for making it such an awesome experience. “
