They spent time helping me navigate the two regional systems--even after they closed at 5:00 p.m.--and kept after my doctor's office in northern california later that evening, and again the next day. They even phoned me the next day to let me know when my prescription was ready. Bottom line: kind, patient, committed to help, and know how to make the system work for the patient (and not vice versa!).“
