Honestly can’t say enough good things about Vancouver Direct Primary Care. I switched over after being frustrated with the usual 10-minute rush-you-out-the-door appointments, and it’s been a totally different experience.
The visits are actually long enough to talk through what’s really going on instead of just slapping a band-aid on my symptoms. We dug into root causes for stuff I’d been dealing with for years, not just “here’s a prescription, see you in 6 months.” Also got real help with weight loss, like an actual plan tailored to me, GLP-1, food conversation and plan, and work with an exercise coach in his office. Working in healthcare myself, I really appreciated how well-run this office is and how I have always been seen right at my appointment time (which is rare these days). Ed Kauffman ARNP was professional, efficient, and addressed all of my needs while the support staff did an excellent job drawing my blood and answering all of my questions. The office environment is very calming and the whole process was seamless. If your looking for concierge care without the concierge cost, this is the place to go!
The staff is welcoming, engaged, and thorough. Communications are easy, and the staff is responsive. The monthly cost is reasonable. And I’ve been impressed with them offering weight loss support, and E.D. Support. On overall stellar first year experience as a newer patient.
