I had a very early appt & was taken back on time & received initial exam from Assistant immediately. Seemed to be a little too long until Dr. Pon was able to see me. However, Dr. Pon is excellent so his care made up for the wait time. I do understand about things getting behind, etc. so I'm not mad. It's just boring in the room waiting <smile> I do really love Kaiser.
Dr. Kulaga was amazing with my 10 year old. She was very personable, explained things in a way she would understand all while interacting with me and explaining all treatment options. Her assistant Helen was thorough, kind, and made my daughter feel at ease during her first optical appointment.
Dr. Snell and his assistant were very professional and listened to my concerns and gave me their feedback. Purchased new glasses on sight. Very pleased with the whole Kaiser experience having everything in one facility.
