I arrived well ahead of my scheduled appointment time. Actually was seen almost immediately, handled very professionally, got a thorough exam, prescription, and was leaving less than twenty minutes after my scheduled time. The optician's assistant, (Kasey) as well as the doctor (Cho) was attentive, friendly, and explained options completely. All in all, VERY pleased!
Very clean and organized medical facility. Everyone who works here has always been friendly and very helpful to me. It is easy to locate anyone using the Index in the main entrance. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for any of my scheduled appointments.
I was very pleased to get an appointment with Dr. Ben John so quickly. He did a great job explaining the ablation procedures, putting me at ease and gaining my trust. I would not hesitate to recommend him!
