Awesome visit. Amanda Booth & Sara Andersen in reception noticed I had a secondary appointment scheduled 40 miles away later in the day for items that could be completed at this appointment. Nice people 🙂 but they seem very rushed 😮💨 especially driving from Oregon. I would like to make sure they have all my paperwork especially since when I got there, their system couldn’t upload my files 😕…… Also seems like there is a disconnect with the VA and these contractors because no one seems to know the answer 🤨 on why we have to drive this far or sometimes only 5-10min to see providers.
I found the staff extremely helpful, friendly and professional. One of the best experiences I have had dealing with a government associated facility. Very gracious and attentive front desk staff.
