“Yesterday I went to Vancouver Clinic’s Urgent Care in Battle Ground for an urgent medical issue. Everyone- the reception staff, medical assistants, and the nurse practitioner, treated me professionally, with kindness, and compassion. The nurse practitioner did a thorough evaluation, effectively treated my problem, and gave me protocols to follow should the situation recur. She was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and reassuring. I am a RN and appreciated that she spoke with me as a peer, but treated me as a patient. Well done!“

“I have been going here for over a year now. They are second to none in customer service. In the past my previous doctor just gave me the same old advice”diet and exercise “ . Not here. Walked through panels and gave advice on how to correct everything that was off. 18 months later I am down 50 pounds, blood sugar normal, cholesterol normal and I feel 100 times better. Excellent team at Man Alive.“

“I have spent thousands of dollars and lost countless hours of work in an attempt to alleviate chronic low back pain through conventional means since 2009, including steroid injections, facet joint blocks, physical therapy, a laminotomy-foraminotomy, a neurostimulator implant, and a subsequent neurostim explant, none of which had any consequential effect on my pain. I was on MD-mandated reduced work hours again in 2020 and was in the process of waiting four months for an initial consult with yet another MD at a group of specialists in our area who tout their treatment of pro athletes but have no sense of urgency for commoners. This was after being referred there by my PCP; it was not a self-referral. I could not walk two blocks without wanting to sit down on the curb and call for a ride home. I used to walk 5 miles a day at a good pace. I am not 80! Not even close. I decided to call Dr. Shultz, after trying other chiropractors now and then over the years with limited results. Dr. Shultz took a very extended period of time on my first visit, doing a very thorough background/assessment, and then she started to work on me. I did not have to have x-rays done as part of my intake. I did not get a treatment plan dictating how many months or years I would "need" to be seen. I was adjusted at my initial visit, and Dr. Shultz recommended the frequency of my appointments for the following two weeks. In two weeks she worked miracles, and I was able to cut down on the number of times I was coming in as she continued working on me. She did what no medical doctor was able to do. I still have back pain, but I am not squirming in my chair in pain 15 minutes after starting work, miserable by the end of the day, and needing to call in sick and stay in bed for 3 days by Friday. I am aware of my back's grouch level, and I go in to see Dr. Shultz whenever things are acting up. Maintenance visits are so important! Once again, these are not dictated by Dr. Shultz. It is my body, and she trusts me to know when I need to see her.Dr. Shultz has plenty of tricks up her sleeve. She has done prolotherapy on my upper and lower back with great, extended relief. She is also a fabulous licensed acupuncturist. In 2020 I was not sure I would be able to continue working. Dr. Shultz has literally saved my career. I cannot recommend her highly enough!“

“Dr. Collins was wonderful (Washougal location). It was my first visit to Vancouver Clinic as I was establishing with a new PCP. I was left waiting for a little while before she came in but she quickly acknowledged the wait and thanked me for being patient. She had spent the time diving into my chart and history so that she was prepared when meeting with me. She was very sweet and genuine and involved me in all care and decisions. She also took the time to explain lab results with me as well as treatment options. I was very happy with my visit and look forward to having her as my new PCP.“

“I arrived well ahead of my scheduled appointment time. Actually was seen almost immediately, handled very professionally, got a thorough exam, prescription, and was leaving less than twenty minutes after my scheduled time. The optician's assistant, (Kasey) as well as the doctor (Cho) was attentive, friendly, and explained options completely. All in all, VERY pleased!“

“i was genuinely shocked to see so many negative reviews… so here’s a positive one on why you should choose this office.i have medical ptsd, due to several cases of malpractice in a different state. i’m also chronically ill, have been since i was 10 year old and i’m 21 now, so i’m in the doctor’s office a lot. needless to say, going to the doctor can be a terrifying experience for me. i’ve had plenty of doctors gaslight me and tell me my symptoms are all in my head. i’ve had doctors refuse to run tests because i was “faking” it, when i later found out those symptoms were from autoimmune disorders. i’ve had one hell of a ride with terrible doctors, but that has NOT been my experience here.my primary care is dr. armstrong, and i don’t know if i’ve ever had a pcp who actually listened to me and seems to genuinely care about what i’m going through. whenever i need to see a specialist, he puts in a referral and assesses what he can do until i can be seen by the other doctor. i truly feel he does everything in his power, from a primary care standpoint, to make sure i am able to improve my quality of life. i never dread my follow up appointments, which is more than i can say about other doctors. he listens to all of my concerns and doesn’t seem bothered by the smallest things, even when he’s clearly sleep deprived and exhausted from delivering babies at the hospital all night. i couldn’t ask for a better pcp.i also have a son who was born premature. he has a lot of health problems and some developmental delays. his pediatrician is dr. einstein.i recommend her to any mom i come across looking for a pediatrician. i fully believe that she is one of my child’s biggest advocates. i came to washington abruptly last year. and a lot of my son’s developmental delays went unnoticed because of everything i had going on. she was the first one to notice, and she wasn’t mean or judgmental about it. in fact, she was persistent to make sure he got the help he needed. she has gone above and beyond for my son’s care and words cannot explain the amount of gratitude i have for her. her empathy goes unmatched, and i can tell she truly does care about her patients. whenever my son has tests, she is the first person to call me ( personally, not a nurse — they’re great too though! ) and discuss the results and answer any questions i may have. she always refers us to amazing specialists, and now i’m starting to feel like i have a whole team on my side when it comes to my child’s health and development. i feel like i would be lost if it wasn’t for her support. dr. einstein is an amazing doctor.thank you both for helping us through all of our health challenges and never making me feel like we’re burdening you. there is so much more i could say. i’m sad to see so many negative reviews on this page, but i genuinely couldn’t recommend these two providers enough!“
