“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my time here working with Kate. She really has given me my life back. Over the past few years I have developed very intense rosacea, which left me feeling completely hopeless, confused, and deeply insecure. I had such an amazing experience at Hey Sister Spa with Renee! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and at ease. My consultation exceeded my expectations.

Renee is incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to educate me about the entire procedure. She explained everything and gave me the information about my options before making a decision. She answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, not one part felt rushed. I felt I was in good hands and decided I wanted the procedure while in office! Luckily, Renee was able to complete my procedure following my consultation!

“I don’t usually write reviews, but Joe made it pretty easy to break that rule.

He’s kind, knowledgeable, and actually listens—which sounds basic, but somehow isn’t always. I went in with a full list of quiet anxieties: I didn’t want to look like a different person, I assumed it would hurt, and I was mentally preparing to hide out for a few days afterward. Spoiler: none of that happened.

Joe took a very “less but better” approach. He recommended exactly what made sense for me, not just what could be done, and the whole experience was quick, easy, and way more comfortable than I expected. Zero downtime, zero drama.

Best part? I still look like me—just a slightly upgraded version. Subtle, refreshed, and no one can quite put their finger on what changed (which is exactly the goal).
